Refund policy

Return products in 30 days from date of purchase and we will issue a refund, store credit, or fulfill an exchange at your request. You choose what works best for you. But we will need your help to make it easy for you and us. 

Our only requirements are:

  1. Return the products in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (except to try on inside the home), with any tags, and in its original packaging.

  2. Follow our step-by-step instructions for returns (essentially to include our provided RMA email with number, use trackable shipping, and ensure package is delivered undamaged to the best of your ability). Please note that all return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Our prepaid shipping labels may get you better rates than other options available directly to you.

What happens after your return?

If your returned products are accepted, you have 3 options:

  1. You may request a full refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Pay Pal, or Gift Card). Unfortunately, we cannot change platforms or values from the methods you originally used. 

  2. We can issue store credit that you may use at a later date.

  3. We can fulfill an exchange request for you. Note that this is similar to receiving store credit, but in addition, we can work on fulfilling the shipment of replacement products to you as soon as we receive your returned products. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that exchange products you requested will still be available when it is time to fulfill your exchange order. We will contact you in the event of any exceptions to your request to help you decide the best options available at that time.

Damages or Order Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping
We will generally be able to send you a prepaid shipping label. However, the value of the return shipping will be deducted from your return value. You may alternatively use your own shipping label for return at your own expense. All return shipments must be trackable. We cannot be responsible for damage or lost products caused by shipping carriers on return packages.

Processing time
It may take several days (up to 2 weeks) for you to receive refunds to your original method of payment, depending on processing times of the payment handler. Exchanges and store credits can be fulfilled faster, but please allow us 5 business days to process your returns.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions

  1. Contact us at Info@islamicthreads.com to share the problem you are having. We appreciate learning if there were any problems with your order so that we can resolve it in the best way possible.

  2. Specify whether you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange. Note that store credits and exchanges may allow faster settlement of returns (refer to earlier notes on our pledge for exchanges).

  3. Verify that the products you are sending back will be in the valid condition required (as delivered to you, unused with original packaging). Thereafter, we will authorize your return by sending you an email with detailed instructions and an optional return label (return label value will be deducted from return value).

  4. Print RMA email which will specify the products to be returned, will have the RMA number, and will have the original order number for reference. Insert this document into the return package. Without this document, we will be unable to verify your return upon receipt, which may result in significant delay or possibly, any return requests being unable to be fulfilled.

  5. (Optional) Affix prepaid shipping label provided by us. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from return value. We provide no supplementary insurances other than what is already provided based on our prepaid shipping label.

  6. Ensure the shipping option you select has a tracking number, and that you provide us with the tracking number which can be used to trace the return shipment throughout its transit.  Ensure shipping postage is sufficient as determinable by shipping carrier. Any additional postage required by shipping carrier upon delivery to us will be deducted from return value.

  7. Drop off shipping package at a convenient shipping carrier acceptance location. We strongly recommend that you ask for a receipt with confirmation of shipping acceptance and tracking number for you to keep. 

  8. Wait for our confirmation that your return package has been received by us. We will process your return in approximately 5 business days and settle the return request according to your chosen options.
