Return products in 30 days from date of purchase and
we will issue a refund, store credit, or fulfill an exchange at your
request. You choose what works best for you. But we will need your help
to make it easy for you and us. 

Our only requirements are:

1. Return the products in the same condition that you received it,
   unworn and unused (except to try on inside the home), with any tags, and
   in its original packaging.
   
2. Follow our step-by-step instructions for return (essentially to
   include our provided RMA email with number, use trackable shipping, and
   ensure package is delivered undamaged to the best of your ability).
   Please note that all return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
   Our prepaid shipping labels may get you better rates than other options
   available directly to you.

We are happy to offer discounted rates and more options to meet your
needs. In addition, orders over $75 receive free economy shipping.

We request up to 5 - 14 business days to fulfill your order. We use USPS Priority services as the primary shipping service. After order fulfillment your package should be delivered to you within 3 - 4
business days. Upon successful package acceptance at the shipping carrier, you will be updated with a tracking number with information about your products' shipping progress.

For faster delivery options, additional surcharges will apply. Please see the options available at checkout for your preferred speed and cost.

At the moment it is difficult to arrange for customizations due to logistics and cost associated with production by overseas tailors. For this reason, we have not been able to fulfill requests to date. However, the option remains open indefinitely in the future should circumstances avail themselves at the time of your inquiry.

There are different types of customizations to consider:

1) Simple hems of existing inventory: this may be something possible from our US inventory utilization a domestic tailor

2) Custom sizes which will require extensive self measurement, and may or may not be satisfying due to lack of opportunity to consult directly with the tailor and obtain the necessary adjustments.

In either case, there will be additional costs and significant time added to explore the possibility of these options.
